Ali Kimmorley is Director and Co-founder of peoplefusion with more than 20 years’ experience in the Recruitment industry. She is a well-respected and accomplished Recruiter, and her long-standing business partnership with Sally Bartley is one of the strongest in the Newcastle and Hunter region.

Ali has built entire divisional teams and placed countless highly specialised roles with her valued clients. Inquisitive by nature, Ali deep-dives to get to know your business and understand the impact of the role she is recruiting – she thinks outside the square and challenges all possibilities.

Ali is an Accredited Professional Recruiter and has reached Member status with the industry body Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (RCSA), and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Ali’s passion for getting the best results for her candidates and clients is matched by her passion for actively supporting children’s charities Camp Quality and Harry’s House, which are both very close to her heart. She enjoys getting out into nature for the charities, having completed a number of physical challenges including the Kokoda Track twice, trekking Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa, the Sandakan Death Marches in Borneo, and the Larapinta Trail in the NT.  Ali doesn’t stay still for long!
