Sally is a passionate and meticulous Recruiter, with more than 24 years’ experience across a range of sectors, and over 12 years as one half of the powerhouse ‘Al & Sal’, the Directors and Co-founders of peoplefusion. She began her working career in the hustle and bustle of Sydney, working with multinational companies for several years before making the decision to return to her beautiful home region of the Hunter Valley.  Sally joined the team at Richardson Recruitment in 2001 where she worked closely with her friend and colleague Ali Kimmorley. Ali and Sally bought the business and rebranded to peoplefusion in 2007.

Sally is an Accredited Professional Recruiter and has achieved Member status with the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (RCSA). She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), mentors emerging and aspiring Recruitment leaders through the RCSA’s PEARL program, and has a  Diploma of Workplace & Business Coaching. This valuable training has assisted Sally to support other leaders to break through barriers and achieve success, as well as supporting organisations and employees through workplace restructures and career transitioning programs respectively.

Sally works closely with the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service across their entire business, recruiting technical, leadership and corporate services positions, to support their expanding team.  She also partners with industry heavyweights Newcastle Permanent Building Society, Lifestyle Solutions, and Mine Super across a broad range of roles.

Aside from the energetic recruitment industry, Sally enjoys spending time with her husband Warwick and their two beautiful daughters, particularly at their family holiday house in Bluey’s Beach.   She is an avid motorbike rider taking on the Camp Quality Motocyc 3 day challenge each year to raise funds for Camp Quality a  charity close to her heart. Sally maintains her zen-like approach through regular meditation and yoga which keeps her focused and able to handle challenging recruits which is why clients love to work with Sally.
