Coming out of Lockdown – What it means for businesses

- NSW commencing reopening on 11 October 2021 (70 per cent fully vaccinated) with numerous restrictions still in force;
- Regional travel not to resume until we reach 80 per cent double vaccination rates;
- Employers can commence bringing their employees back to the workplace from October 11, but must continue to allow employees to work from home where reasonably practicable; and
- Employers must require employees to work from home, where reasonably practicable, if they are not fully vaccinated when we reach our 80% double vaccination rates.
